About Pilates Evolution Magic: This class is a full body reformer class featuring the magic circle. This class was originally created for our teacher training program, @thepilatesevolution as an example of how to create flows using segment 2’s featured course content. The exercises performed in this class is inspired by the classical work and are featured “contemporary” variations in the @thepilatesevolution teacher certification course, Segment 2. In this course trainees learn both the classical work as it was originally intended by Joseph Pilates and contemporary variations for every classical exercise. At the end of each segment we learn to create flows and classes connecting the featured content. So not only do our trainees learn both the classical and awesome contemporary, they also learn how to create their own flows! This class, Pilates Magic is a the full length version of the flow created for segment 2.
