All sales are final for ON DEMAND purchases and no refunds are issued for in person workshops without a written medical note from a doctor.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (not available for any other service).

Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will be happy to replace the product or issue you a full refund.

To Return a Faulty Product

To return a faulty product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] and provide us with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will send you a return shipping label.
  3. Please package the product carefully and ship it back to us.
  4. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and issue you a refund or replacement product as soon as possible.

  • Products that have been altered or customized
  • Products that have been purchased on sale or clearance
